I'll stop when..... It's been hard for me to slow

I'll stop when.....
It's been hard for me to slow down lately & this week in yoga, I talked about how I think it's more about what I believe than what I do. When I remember that God is holding me, I can relax more easily into rest... (Read link in bio to see what I mean)

AND in other news, we had our last Saturday morning yoga. I'm feeling sad, but also deeply grateful to each of you. My hope is to have a few OUTDOOR pop-up classes..so stay tuned.

Saturday is our last summer yoga in the park!! 😭I’m sad it’s coming to an end but
am also deeply grateful for the time of community, movement and worship it provided this summer. It was an oasis for my soul in a hard and dry season 🏝 Thank YOU!

If you haven’t had a chance yet to join us, there is still time! Come this Saturday at 7a 💚 I would love to flow, pray and worship with you one last Saturday!

And I know Saturdays at 7a is EARLY and doesn’t work for everyone’s routine. If that’s the case, stay tuned....because I have a Monday night class coming your way! It’s in an outdoor space, and I can’t wait!

This snow sure did slow us down this morning! I was grateful for the moisture and cool temperatures but also reminded how uncomfortable it is to slow down. Do you feel that way too?

We are in a season where many of us are sacrificing a lot. Our hearts, hands and minds are giving all that they can...
And we may feel like there is not much more left to give.

Come join me on your mat TOMORROW for our last Friday yoga in the park 🌳**Starting next week we will move to Saturday mornings because of school starting up.

School starting up also means life gets crazy for so many of us. It’s a big transition into a lot of unknowns. If you ask me how I feel about it...I don’t completely know. My emotions are all over the place and if I’m honest I’d rather rush right past and avoid them all together 😳 But the truth is our bodies house all these “issues in the tissues.”

.

The gift of yoga is that it grounds you in the present moment and in your body. Come let your soul breath, your body move and your heart connect to God. For its His Spirit that heals and restores and He is always closer than our next breath. I hope I get to see you 💚☀️
